95% firms offer workers health insurance

Some 95% of Dutch companies have taken out a collective health insurance policy for their workers and 40% of employers pay towards the cost of the premiums, according to research into secondary labour benefits by the Hay Group. Almost all companies have also set up so-called levensloop agreements which allow workers to save up for extra time off.
