Soldiers to get new code of conduct for leave
The armed forces are working on a new code of conduct to govern soldiers’ behaviour while on leave following a number of incidents involving drink and drugs. Soldiers are soldiers ’24 hours a day, seven days a week,’ said a Defense Ministry spokesman.
