More delays for RandstadRail

The launch of the RandstadRail 3 light rail connection between Loosduinen and The Hague planned for Monday was cancelled after two trains derailed during testing last week. The RandstadRail 4 service has been suspended since last November after four derailments in which 15 people were injured.
