Edgar Davids back to Ajax

Dutch footballer Edgar Davids is to return to Ajax and will sign a 18 month contract with the Amsterdam team this afternoon. The immediate transfer from Britain’s Tottenham Hotspur was confirmed by Ajax this today. After over 10 years playing abroad, the 33-year-old midfielder is returning to the team where he started his career in 1991.
