Bankruptcy restarts save jobs
Wednesday 10 January 2007
Seven of the 10 biggest bankruptcies in the Netherlands last year resulted in a successful restart, reports Wednesday’s Volkskrant. The paper said 1,800 out of the 2,800 jobs which were under threat following the bankruptcies were saved. For example, the relaunch of mushroom grower Heveco meant 625 out of 650 jobs were saved, the paper reported.
