The clocks go forward one hour on Saturday night, as the Netherlands switches to official summer time.

And even though it is officially spring, the KNMI weather forecast says the start of next week could be extremely chilly, with night frosts and and even wintry showers on Monday.

It will warm up by the end of next week, but it the weather will remain mostly cloudy with showers and the occasional sunny spell, the KNMI said.

The clocks go back to winter time again on the last weekend in October.
