There are no train services at Amsterdam Zuid for the coming two weeks and fewer services to and from Schiphol airport because of work on the tracks, Dutch railway company NS has said.

The disruption will continue until November 27.

Most travellers heading for the Zuidas business district can go via Amsterdam Centraal and use either the metro or a bus, the NS said. On weekdays there will be extra services between Amsterdam Centraal and Schiphol, and from and to Utrecht.

Travellers are warned they should allow for an additional 45 minutes travelling time.
