Police in Rotterdam have arrested four men following a drive-by shooting on Monday in the city’s western district and are looking for their victim.

The incident took place in broad daylight in the Geuzenlaan in Rotterdam West where witnesses reported that shots were fired from one car on another.

At least one man was wounded, witnesses said. Police are still looking for the wounded man who may have been taken to a hospital.

The men were arrested south of the city at around midnight, thanks to a tip off about the car’s registration number. It is not clear what the shooting was about.
