A 50-year-old Dutch national who lives in Benidorm has been stabbed to death by another Dutchman during a fight at a bar in the Spanish resort of Torremolinos.

The 57-year-old suspect has been arrested. He had waited for his victim outside the café after the dispute, in which the dead man accused the suspect of harassing his wife, according to local media reports.

The incident took place after the final of the Conference League between Feyenoord and AS Roma, which was shown in the Dutch-owned bar.

The bar is located in the Torremolinos district of La Carihuela, where many Dutch nationals live.
