NN Group sells asset management to Goldman Sachs

The Dutch NN finance group has sold its asset management business to Goldman Sachs for a total of €1.7 billion, the group reports.

NN Investment Partners holds more than €300 billion in assets and employs 900 people in 15 countries, dramatically expanding the American bank’s presence in Europe.

The NN Group is expected to focus more on insurance in future, reports NOS.
