Houses for Expats

Finding a home in the Netherlands can be challenging for new arrivals. For those unfamiliar with the ins and outs of the Dutch housing market finding a place to rent or buy can be tricky, and in big cities like Amsterdam notoriously hard. So, getting to grips with tenant´s rights, mortgages and property law is a must.

We will have specialists in housing related issues to answer your questions from relocation groups, to estate agents, mortgage advisors and notaries. Whether you are looking for a short-term residency or your dream home for life, you will find what you need at the Expat Fair. Talk to the real experts and enjoy free access to exclusive workshops covering everything you need to know to find a home, and feel at home, in Holland.

Education for Expats

The Netherlands has a long and proud tradition of world class education. From a wide range of methodologies in the primary age group, to a forward thinking approach to 21st century-ready secondary education. Post high school, students can opt to study at some of the very best universities in the world and enjoy a culture grounded in a commitment to lifelong learning.

The system of education here is unique to the The Netherlands, there is a huge amount of choice including Montessori, bilingual and international schooling. At the Expat Fair you can meet schools and universities and follow presentations to help you understand the Dutch education system in detail and make informed choices about your education or that of your family.

Entertainment

We´re proud that we can offer an enjoyable day as well as a useful one. This year we will have Amsterdam based stand-up comedian, Greg Shapiro, giving you the lowdown on going native in the lowlands; alongside other live performances, suitable for all ages.
