Utrecht teenagers arrested for car fires in early morning raids
Utrecht police have arrested nine youths aged 14 to 17 following a string of car fires in the Hoograven district.
The youths were arrested in the early hours of Monday morning and their homes were searched, local broadcaster RTV Utrecht said. Since December 1, at least 14 cars have gone up in flames.
