Dutch independent retailer Free Record Shop loses new backer
Dutch independent retail group Free Record Shop has lost the new backer it needed for a restart.
The Free Record Shop group declared bankruptcy at the end of May, but was in talks about a takeover with investment company ProCures.
ProCures was not able to reach agreement with the curator, the Financieele Dagblad reports.
Free Record Shop has 141 shops in the Netherlands, 51 of which will close in the coming months.
