Magistrates in Utrecht have found a 20-year-old man guilty of causing bodily harm after a film of him kicking a teenager in the back and stomach was placed on internet site YouTube.

The man’s 14-year-old victim had not made a complaint, but viewers tipped off the police. The attacker, who refused to say who filmed the incident, was given 80 hours community service.
