Would be suicide gets damages bill
A man who tried to kill himself by jumping off the 21st floor of a Rotterdam block of flats has been sent a bill for damaging the roof of the restaurant downstairs, the Telegraaf reports.
The man broke his ankle and an arm, but the roof of the Humanitas eatery was more badly damaged, the paper says.
