Four of the most seriously injured Dutch soldiers in Tuesday’s attack in the southern province of Uruzgan in Afghanistan, will be brought back to the Netherlands for treatment, the defence ministry said late on Wednesday.

The most seriously injured is 24-year-old lieutenant Tom Krist who is unconscious and in a very critical condition, the ministry said.
As well as the Dutch casualties, 13 local people were killed and 30 injured in the suicide bomb attack on a bazaar in the village of Deh Rawod.
