DSM buys Swiss cosmetics maker
DSM is buying Swiss company Pentapharm which makes products for the cosmetics industry. Financial details were not disclosed. Pentapharm books annual sales of around €40m.
DSM said the takeover was part of its strategy to strengthen its position on the sunscreen and skincare sectors.
