ING buys Turkish bank for €2bn
ING is taking over Turkey’s Oyak Bank for €2bn, the Dutch financial services group said on Tuesday.
Oyak Bank was founded in 1984 and has 3% of the Turkish market – some 1.2 million customers. The bank has 360 branches and a workforce of 5,581.
