‘People with psychiatric problems should not have kids’
People with serious psychiatric problems should be banned from having children, says Hans Nieukerke, chairman of the children’s social workers association in today’s AD.
Not social workers but ‘idiot parents’ are to blame when children are murdered by a family member, he said. Social workers are currently under fire over three child deaths.
