Euronext to pay €20.5m for news distributor
Euronext is to take over financial news distribution company Hugin for €20.5m. Hugin, which has 10 offices in nine countries, offers PR and targeted distribution services to corporate clients. In March, Euronext took over French firm Companynews which is a similar enterprise. The two firms will be merged, Euronext said in a statement.
