Army intelligence broke interrogation rules

Dutch army intelligence officers serving in Iraq poured water over people they were interrogating and blasted them with loud music months after being officially banned from doing so, the NRC Handelsblad reported yesterday. An official investigation is currently underway into claims that Dutch soldiers used illegal methods to extract information from Iraqi prisoners.
