More bonuses
Some 75% of people in a regular job recieved a bonus on top of their ordinary salary last year, according to research by the Hay Group.
Five years ago, bonuses were paid to 70% of private sector workers. Bonuses account for some 7% of total earnings, the Hay Group said.
