Main points of the budget

■ Economy forecast to grow 3% in 2007
■ Budget surplus to reach 0.2%
■ Collective spending to reach €215 bn


■ Spending power of poor and pensioners to rise 1.25%
■ Spending power well-off (€60,000 a year) to rise 0.75%
■ State pension (AOW) to go up €50 per year plus inflation
